SHAMANIC JOURNEYS - MEDITATION AND SELF DEVELOPMENT   

1.5 hour evening workshop

The Evening's Intention: Receiving the wisdom and medicine of the Plant Kingdom

In these regular meet ups we come together to explore different shamanic cultures and teachings, taking a deep meditative journey using ceremonial drumming to connect with our spiritual guides and teachers for our empowerment, personal development and spiritual insight.

In tonight's gathering, we will be exploring the Plant Kingdom, journeying to meet the spiritual teachers of the green world and receive their wisdom and medicine.

No previous experience of shamanic journeying is required - all welcome. Herbal tea refreshments are provided.

Things To Bring

• A yoga mat or similar to sit or lie on the floor comfortably. This is optional - shamanic journeying is often done lying on the floor however journeying can also be done seated, whichever is most comfortable for you.

• A blanket and a small cushion to support your head. The Garden Room is well heated but on cold evenings a blanket is useful to have to hand. A cushion is optional - a jumper or jacket can be used instead.

• Eye mask or scarf

Tickets can be purchased online with secure payment by debit or credit card. If booking by email, payment can be made by cash or card on the evening of the event.

Location and Parking

The venue is less than 5 mins walk from Crosshill train station in the southside of Glasgow and many bus routes pass close to the venue - please visit the Locations page on the website for more details. There is free parking onsite, subject to availability, to the rear of the hotel next to The Garden Room. The wheelchair accessible entrance to The Garden Room is also located to the rear of the hotel.
